Switchcraft 35HD plug - need help with connections please

So, I'm replacing the plug on my Grados, and I heard that the Switchcraft plugs were some of the best. I have a friend who knows how to solder, and have the left, right and ground wires all set.

The problem is that I have no idea where to attach! I found what I thought was a helpful guide on google, but the problem is that these plugs don't look like any of the examples I've seen. And there's only one small hole for a wire to go through.

I've put an attachment to the schematic at the top of the post - is there anyone out there that can point me in the right direction? Specifically, where in the world the left, right, and ground are on these?

I've also added pictures, which I really hope will help!

Tip, ring, sleeve corresponds to left channel, right channel, ground. Tip, ring, and sleeve are all labeled on your attached diagram.
