I'm on my way to making the coolest portable headphones ever, but I'm stuck.
I need to remove this panel from headband:
It's a piece of plastic that holds on 3 screws, binds on the bottom (left side of the picture), and is somehow held by this round metal thing with an R. I have no idea what it is, but I can't move it in any way. Anyone knows how to open it without harm?
