The neverending quest. Warm sounding headphones, are they any?

Hello!

I recently bought a M-Audio Q40, but they are to big and to "trebly" and the sibilance is annoying when I listen to metal/rock.

 

So basically I'm looking for a portable headphones with decent isolation and warm sounding. I don't really like treble or sibilance, I like details. I like that thump and punchy bass, but not a overwhelming bass headphones. Max 200 dollars.
