Budget Speakers ($50)

Hi all,

I'm looking for a set of budget speakers. Just 2 or 2.1, nothing more. Honestly, I'd like to spend somewhere around $50 and under. I know it's not much of a budget, but I primarily wear headphones for everything, I just want some decent speakers for when I want to share things with others.

So, best bang for the buck kinda thing.

Thanks all!

Perhaps the Edifier R1200T, if you can find it.

That's the tough part. I would have no idea where to look. Any other recommendations would be very welcome! :)

Try the Dayton B652. They're great for the money. I wouldn't use them for any critical listening(that's what the headphones are for), but for background music while doing other tasks they are great.

Labtec 485 , if you can find best 2.1 set for under $50

It sounds like I might just have to buy some crappy pair, since most of the good options seem to be old and difficult to find, or unpowered. frown.gif
