Tyll, do you find any of the other Beyer cans unacceptably bright?  Hoping for a point of reference to your quote below.

Just how much of a SQ difference is there between the T70p and the T70. I understand that the T70p is easily powered by an iPhone and doesn't benefit from an amp. I really like the idea of portability but don't want to sacrifice noticeable SQ when in this price range.
