Help with headphones

i was looking at audiophile entry headphones and this is what i got

now does open air mean people around me can hear it because i 100% dont want that so i need something that only i can hear

which would a good audiopile headphone for that

Also a portable amp to pair it up with something around 30bucks i was thinnking of this one

so in the end a headset that only i can hear and sound really good when paired up with a amp and does the NOX specialist reproduce good sound because i use it for gaming and it sounds amazing but its broken so currently its being replaced.
