Advise on Audio DG Sparrow

Hi,

 

I'm looking for a desktop amp for my K701 and cheap.

 

After many many research I found the Audio DG Sparrow (~250$)

It seems to have high voltage for 62 Ohms (something like 1500 mW)

 

Had someone tried this combo please to confirm ?

A used Gilmore Lite or M-Stage will do.  I don't know about the Sparrow.

I use the Sparrow with my JVC RX900's (64 ohms).Comfortable listening levels are very low and usually less than 9 o'clock. I hear the 701's are notoriously hard to drive, anyways the Sparrow will have plenty of power.
