Nuforce Quality Control ?

I may simply be staggering into the wrong threads, but both the uDAC and the original Icon seem to be prone to early failure, often within the first few weeks of operation. I know that NuForce sell high-end gear alongside the Icon range, but I wondered if anyone had any feedback on Nuforce kit, good or bad ?

 

I'm not trying to cast these products in a bad light, and it may simply be that I am seeing reports from a vocal minority, so please chime in if yours has been a favourable experience.

NuForce icon HDP

 

Second owner, around 6 month old. No problems at all.

Had HDP and uDAC for over a year. No issues whatsoever.

Thanks guys - good to hear something positive. As I said, the vocal minority often get the ink.
