Install bigger flash drive into iPod Nano 1G

I recently bought myself an iPod Nano 1G and I love it. it is Rockboxed and the SQ from this little baby is sweet but it is only 1GB. Is it possible to open the iPod Nano and install bigger memory for example a 16GB compact flash card or SD card?

Please advise.

Not unless you feel like desoldering the SMD memory chip, finding a suitable replacement and rewriting the tinkering with the Apple firm ware to get it to be recognized. Get a new iPod/mp3 player. ;)
