There is a possibility of me acquiring a NAD 314 (source either being my laptop of Clip+) to drive my Pro 900. If I acquire this amp it will be for free! Would this be at all a good amp? I am doing some research but I'd love to have some input. Oh, and I am using lossless files for sure!

I have the NAD 304 and it has a very good headphone out. I am not sure if the 314 is similar however.
