I have a Sherwood RV-1340R Amp with 30 year old Advent speakers.

 

Wife bought Koss KS3102 surround sound speakers with subwoofer at garage sale.

 

Manuals not much help for wiring.

 

Read Wiring subwoofer to B speakers thread.  1 reply mentioned wiring to L & R B soeakers.  This makes sense to me ... is it necessary?

 

Second concern is that amp is 100 watt at 8 to 16 ohm. 

Koss speaker are 100 watt at 6 ohm.  Will this be an issue?

 

 

 

I think manual shows how to wire surround speakers.  But haven't tried a dvd with surround sound yet. 

 

Your help and suggestions are appreciated.
