I wanted to use this time to share my experience with Audeze, I purchased an LCD2 off FS forum, and the yokes-black part attached directly to the cups- were less than idea, mainly cosmetic issue. I contacted Audeze and I receive a new part- including yoke, silver part attaching the yoke to the headband and a new headband.

Audeze did not stop there; I got a follow up email asking if I needed help in assembling.

I just wanted to praise Audeze for excellent customer service, and for that I am going to show my support.

Yes, when we buy things, there is a chance they might fail but it is how companies handle the “repairs” that we judge them and decides if we want to deal with them or not especially when we have options to buy elsewhere.

My point is Audeze continues to demonstrate excellent customer service, as indicated all over this forum and I hope that this will continue as they continue to grow.

Thank you again Sankar for confirming what I have read about. I am nominating your company as company with “BEST” customer service as far as I have seen in a while.

Kudos to Audeze’s staff for they do great jobs in representing the company
