What amp should I use for D7000 at around $200?

Yea, I know. Definitely it's not good to use a $200 amp for d7000. But my current budget is like that until my situation goes better. Any suggestion? How about NFB12 and Matirx-M?

KICAS is a good amp for the denons,

I second that emotion.  My KICAS drove the Denons D2K's extremely well.
