Recommended Headphone Amp for Denon AH-D2000?

I'm looking for an inexpensive headphone amp that can power these headphones.  I use them mostly to watch movies.  Unfortunately, my new samsung doesn't have a headphone jack.  Here is the amp I was looking at....

Also, what cable do I need to conect it to my tv?  Does it go into the audio out on the back of my tv?

Thank you.

That amp looks like it says it uses a 1/8mini and 1/4 jack, both of those are like the ones you plug headphones into. You could probably get a RCA --> 1/8 mini-jack, the RCA jacks would plug into your TVs sound out, and the jack to the input on the amp. You then obviously plug you headphones into the output on the amp. The Fiio E9 comes highly recomended. I have an E9 and it does pretty good. But I don't have much experience.

I'm new to this, so I'm just kinda giving feedback off what I have read recently.

I think so. Is the sound out on your tv RCA jacks?
