Great service for Hifiman 602

Just broke the display glass on my 602, mailed the manufacturers in China, got great attention and received a free pane a few days after. This is how business is made!

I have been impressed by Ibasso too.  I got a faulty T3 and they sent a new one out the day after I tried a couple troubleshooting functions.  I had in hand in 2 days (as i did the original) and they did not get the original returned til 15 days later (they had me mail back usps).  Then they refunded the return shipping.

 

Surprising that customer service still lives!
