How do i EQ with xonar DX for bass? (Never used a EQ)

idk how to eq, someone said i should eq down instead of up?

 

I want a little more BASS, i can EQ via

 

this or the other pic only eq's i know

I would imagine using DX's built-in EQ works best, just raise the sliders 30 60 and 120 a tiny bit (120 the least or possibly leaving it alone depending on if you only want more deep bass or not).
