Headphone AMP for movie watching? - Page 2

So, I ended up getting my cable through monoprice and it doesn't work.  Well, the cable is fine, but I'm looking for the volume on the the tv to go out and to be able to produce just sound in my headphones, but to be able to control the volume with the volume control on the tv.

Samsung has really screwed up by not putting a dam headphone jack on the new models.

Looks like I'm going to have to shell out money for an amp.  Any suggestions?

I have a U-verse cable receiver box, in which all the audio outputs work simultaneously, so I have a pair of RCA outs from the box that go into my kicas amp.

Does anyone use a pair of HD650's for movie/sports watching?

What kind of amp do you have and what other accessories do I need to get this dam thing going?
