Hello,

this probably has been asked before. How's the sound quality of the ipod touch 4gb? And I'm not talking to people that only tested it along with other apple's products or cellphones but in comparison to products like sony, cowon, sansa and creative.

 

I currently have a sansa fuze which IMHO has a very good audio output! On gsmarena I can see that the dynamic range of the NOKIA N8 is similar to the iphone 4g (same hardware as the ipod). My brother owns the N8 and it sounds much worse compared to my sansa. The sound is more "cheap"; thin, less clear, muddy and plasticy, it's not an "audiophile" sound.

 

Opinions?

a what? anyway i searched the forum but i only found mixed reviews and nothing in specific (mainly people attacking each other saying ipod is not good just because its an ipod without even listening to it). Maybe some made RMAA tests to compare?

DOA = Dead On Arrival,...most here are tired of debating good or bad w/the iPods,... Read the thread and enjoy the iPod, it's a good device.
