Rega P5 Plinth Bottom Cracked, how much effect in SQ and resale value?

I bought a used P5 off Audiogon. However, upon receiving it earlier today, I discovered the bottom of the plinth has two cracks 2 and 4 inches .  The seller is willing to negotiate a reasonable price.

 

I'm not too familiar with resale values for damaged TT but I got it for $870. How much would you pay for something like it, or how much do you think resale would be?
