I think you would get more or less the same performance from both the E7 and the E10. Both are amp/DAC combos by the same manufacturer and prices similarly.
However, I think that the E7 as a DAC should be better than the E10. The E10 has more power, but with a sensitive can such as the M-50 you won't be needing that anyway and therefore it might be better to get the E7 over the E10.
