Renting Headphones?

Thread Starter

Does anyone know a place where you can rent headphones so you can know what they sound like and things of that sort?

No, but that's a great Idea. Wouldn't it be nice to rent a pair of phones for $20/week to see if you like them before shelling out $500 or $1,000?

I believe the DXC Store in Culver City, California has a program like this. I'm not sure if they ship, though.

They do ship the headphones but it's at the owners expense for both shipping and returning, but at least you don't have to pay tax. I should start taking advantage of this cause I just discovered that I live a mile away.

I didn't want to start a new thread but I'm wondering this too.  Has anyone heard of a company that rents headphones in a large price range? I'm thinking anywhere from $150 to the top.
