Hey guys! My first thread here!

I need cheap under 20$ full sized headphones since my sony e10lph headphones died yesterday. I was thinking about the Philips sbchp460 because they have them in Bolivia (i live in bolivia). Here we cant find brands like senheisser, Koss (only one bad in ear headphone), behringher, Audio technica, etc. Mostly, what they import is philips, sony, genius, creative and few cobys. They dont import full sized headphones much. The ones i could find were the philips sbchp460 and the Philips shl8800, sure there are some sonys but they dont have good reviews on the web. I wanted to get the jvc flats or the coby cv185 but i cant find them here ( i think i saw the cv185 once few years ago). So in brands like philips or sony which ones are the best for under 20 dollars? I only ask for 20 dollar headphones because the price gets higher after being imported, so in bolivia 20$ headphones are 25 or 30 dollar headphones which is all i have for a headphone. I really want them to have the best bass possible for the price. any other suggestions will be helpful.

i see anything under $30 as the same quality

So just head over to a big box store and take your pick, they would all sound the same to my ears.

Thanks for the link, but the problem is that i cant find most of those headphones and the ones that i can find have really bad reviews from the list. The only ones i heard and read good reviews from were the philips shl 8800 and the sbc hp460 the sbc hp460 costs 29 dollars and the shl8800 costs 37 dollars is it really worth spending 8 dollars more on a headphone that has better reviews? I listened to the sbchp460 and they sound really good, but i might save 8 dollars more for the shl8800 (reviews claim that they have awesome bass, althought i havent listened to them) Has any of you tried one of them? Maybe you guys can suggest some Sony headphones, or should i get some in ear headphones like the philips she3580 which claim to have really good sound but not that much bass? Recommend some models please

I am searching for the JVC flats, cant find them yet, and in La Paz Bolivia we dont have koss headphones, have you tried the philips sbchp460 or the shl880? Which sound better?

Also, there are two retail boxes for the Philips sbchp460, which one is the safest, i mean ones that give the headphone  more protection? Which one can be harder to open? I dont want my headphones used and resealed, thats why i want a box that is really hard to open and not closed just by a tape.
