Hello, I'm looking for a good external USB soundcard with dolby digital and a TOSLink port/Optical Cable port.

I need one because my laptop doesn't have dolby digital and I need it so I can get the full 7.1 surround sound of my astro A40s.

Can any suggest a good one?

Also I'm not sure about buying from DinoDirect because of the really bad feedbacks
