On a very basic level i found Amarra sound to be better controlled while the pure music to have more color. However have come to a conclusion on which player is better yet.

 

what are your thoughts on which player is better?

what you liked and disliked about each??

and ultimately what you preferred?

Hmm have you tried PureMusic with Hog + Native Integer? I find that to sound pretty neutral and transparent.
