From the looks of it something went awry with the sale, but kiertijai it is not doing you any good writing long ranting posts as you come across as slightly crazy.

I understand you are upset about what happens, but at the end of the day they were the OP's headphones to sell to whomever he wanted for whatever price and there is nothing you can do about that.

So I suggest you just forget about it and look for another pair.

Here is my take, my 2 cents if you like..... Seems the sellers actions have been a little underhand, there is a grey area reference above question and bad language is just plain unacceptable, period. But do you know what?. If I were kiertijai, I would just accept that sometimes S*%t happens and you do meet some unsavoury characters along the road, you have to deal with it and move on. Be the bigger person and don't spend anymore negative energy on this because no good will come of it and you are starting to look a bit nutty to be honest. Move on and don't spend another moment thinking about it, life's too short buddy!

I don't mind about the RS1,

I agree with Pcf  when I purchased something it seems like we are going on an  auction.

they will not mention the price and when we PM him to ask for the price.   What do you think

a good response is?  to me it should be around ....$, I bought   for.....months ago but only little

hours used on it and then he will say I want 650$ + S^&H paypal as personal like this.   But now

he will respond this, the best offer i have now is 750$  what is your proposal.  Are we doing auction here?  

And what I usually do is no , thank you because I don't know when the sale will be finalized , it is subjected to the seller's choice

and he will end that when he has the most of it.  To me it is much worse than the ebay or audiogon auction.

    I apologize for my seem to be ranting for RS1, I don't care that much at all.  But if you read or listened carefully it is the ranting

about this kind of practice which is now become accepted as norm and I am against that, I better go to ebay or audiogon.

Our FS should not be an auction. Even it has happened for several months I still respected one guy who beat me out for the bidding

of PS1 on ebay.  Two weeks later he didn't like so much of of PS1 and would like to have the HP2 instead so he puts it on sale

higher than he got from ebay.

When I informed him that I am the second highest bidder because I  can remember the serial number, the original box   : he

kindly offered to sell me the same price that he won without considering  for another much higher proposal for the PS1.   Should

we do the same here or would you like it to be like auction?    My other rant is of course that I feel offended when profanity is used

against me, that may sound reasonable to others  but not for me. However  I apologize again for disturbing other people time.

     Again , Please be careful and take good care of our peaceful, helping head-fi organization that it will be  turning to business, profanity, scam, fake very very soon, so early that even you act now it may not be on time , you may need to weed out the bad ones and support the other, show by your good example.   Complacency like the one in this case that stress more on personal freedom and complacency of the profanity will surely hasten that.  Satan is walking around like a lion waiting for his prey if we don't have enough strength inside we will fall down and

Please read the passage above very carefully, it's the community that I concern the most and I saw  that changing in the

last few month.

It may make me look weird but some will have to do the dirty job and I feel that I have an obligations to do this, if we don't start

by ourself who will start that.   At least I hope this can be the beginning point , if not I will try again

BTW what is the name of that two gentlemen and his friend, what headphone that they made the auction together?

I/We understand you are frustrated and are looking out for the Community also. The mods are aware of this thread and if they thought it was so sinister they would have locked it and taken appropriate action. Your senario isn't nice but let it go now, for your own sanity. Coz nothings going to change now...

Not sure what your last sentance is trying to imply but if you think I'm the other fella you couldn't be further from the truth coz I'm not a fan of Grado's at all and I'm actually on your side...

Sorry I means that I will follow what many people have suggested me to do and i am trying to forget all those things

and move  Right now I don't remember the name of the people involved because I don't take grudge against people,

but I do hate the action that comes because of that.  I can and will forgive people but the bad action should be remembered

not to do the mistake twice and improve the society as a whole even we can only do  the smart part but as Mother theresa

said it will turn out to be something much more beautiful
