Bluetooth always limited in delivering high quality for your IEM ?

Bluetooth with no EDR does not even have enough bandwidth for CD quality audio.

 

A2DP uses lossy compression codecs.

I think noise floor and battery life of an IEM is the bigger issue but probably acceptable for most. Most folks use MP3 anyway. Of course sending an encode decode wireless wont be as good as a direct connection but for many this will not be a big deal with the files and kit used.
