I have a Brand New pair of Triple.Fi 10's for sale. One of my drivers went out on my previous pair, so I sent them to Ultimate Ears for repair or replacement. They sent me a brand new replacement pair in a retail box in March 2011. I only opened the box to make sure that they were working properly and to check if any of the accessories were missing. I'm glad to say that the earphone works great and all the accessories are included. It's been sitting in the box ever since that day. I have a back up pair that I'm using now, so I really don't need this replacement pair at the moment. Thus, the reason for the sale.
