From the Japan headphone festival, the report indicated that the drivers of SM3 V2 is exactly the same as V1, therefore it should make just little difference between V1 & V2. Is that true, for those who own V1 and V2?

Yes according to Earsonics who make Sm3, sound is same between Sm3 V1 and SM3 V2

Maybe consult the SM3 thread instead of opening a new one? And early feedbacks say they sound the same but the V2 have better comfort and seal. The price is kinda unappealing though except for SM3 lovers
