Pls reccommend me an Amp for Denon sc-m37

Hi all, i own a pair of Denon sc-m37, speakers, and a Technics su-v1x Amp.

High frequencies sounds fine, but i feel a lack of power/wickedness on medium and low frequencies , expecially while listening to Kreator and similar stuff...

Do i need to upgrade my Amp, or what ?

 

The Amp manual reports 40W as max output, with an impedence of 8 ohms, while the speakers reports input impedence of 6ohm with max input 60W (IEC) 120W (PEAK)

my input source is a Cowon i9 (portable music player)
