Sorry to post a whole new thread about this but I have searched sooo many times in soo many different forums and I'm yet to find anything other than the superfi 4 cable mod posted in these forums. I too am trying to repair my superfi 4s. I know from the photos posted in the mod I mentioned that u must unscrew the case to remove the driver but I completely destroyed the case on my first pair just scratching the crap out of phone and completely crushing the tube that holds on the tip. Last time I didn't care as I had already purchased a new pair of superfi 4s. But this time the cat has gotten to the cable and I now have NO working headphones. If anyone could help with details on the best way to dismantle my superfi 4s without destroying them it would be greatly appreciated.
