Is it the wiring inside the amp you're talking about that has broken?
No just the power adapter/transformer wall plug in.
Are you able to measure the output voltage from the wallwart? If the wallwart is still working as expected, just replace the connector, it's a $2 part and a 5 soldering job.
If you need to replace the wallwart, you can probably get one off eBay under $20.
The requirements for the OBH-11 is 24 Volts DC at 150 milli Amps current. A custom
power supply has been provided to run it, which must be connected to the unit via
the DC inlet (2.1mm positive centre pin power jack) on the rear panel. The power
supply adaptor should be plugged into the mains socket which should be matched
for the voltage of the country of use.

An Elpac WM0-080 is a nice replacement but they are currently out of stock at Allied. :(
You might try one of the cheapo regulated adapters from Jameco....
