I have been looking for a decent LOD( low profile)cable but can't seem to find one i like.

All i have been finding are very expensive ones or cheap one, no middle ground.

Was considering making one and was just wondering what i would need and where would be the best place to buy these items? I am in Canada.Also, some recommendations on the best cable to use? Would like to keep my costs under $40.

Would also consider buying from any respected builders here. : )
