LOD shows 55mV DC offset

My FiiO L6 LOD used with my Sansa Fuze V2 shows 55mV DC Offset.

even though it incorporates capacitors even, then why this much offset?

Try it again with anything from 10k to 100 kohms as a load in parallel to the multimeter. This LOD apparently uses tantalum coupling capacitors, which don't have very much leakage current, but with a very high-impedance load like a multimeter input (which may have 10+ megohms) it may result in an visible voltage drop.
