Recommendations for portable balanced source and desktop balanced DAC

Recently, i got the chance to listen to the RSA SR-71B and i really like it. In order to fully maximize its potential, i realized that i need a balanced input for it. One option is the iBasso DB2 portable DAC but I tried it and didnt really like it. Furthermore, I do not bring DACs out with me so I think it might be more worthwhile to spend the same amount of money ($300) on a desktop DAC with balanced output than on a portable option. The portable source is for pairing up with the SR-71B to form my portable rig.

I've been a SE user all my life and hence find my knowledge of balanced equipment to be severely limited hence i'm welcoming all suggestions. Oh if possible, only equipment that cost less than $400 :D Thanks all!

Cambridge DACMagic I think? Around $400 ($429 on Amazon), seemingly amazing to me -- it has dual Wolfson WM8740 D/A chips. But I've not tried this one. I've got a PS audio DL3 from another head-fier. DL3 sounds fantastic IMHO, but the new one costs a bit more (around $700).

The Little Dot DAC_I is worth looking at.

Hmm, i might pair the Matrix Mini with a Pure i20 and end the rig with a RSA SR-71B. Finally, a fully balanced set up!
