RCA vt-231 , RCA 6SN7GTB different?

Hi,

 

  I'm buying a pair of RCA-vt 231 from Ebay, however the seller's description is rather vague and  so it's the picture. Is there any sonic difference between RCA-vt231 and RCA 6sn7gtb? How can you tell the difference from their structure?
