It's a television show (though episodes are upon YouTube and the like, for watching on the Internet in case you don't have access to US cable television).

It is good.

This is an old Miku APPEND song.

"Dendrobium Phalaenopsis" by Papiyon.

This one is pretty addictive.

So, Miku just had a major US concert (Mikunopolis) two days ago, at the Nokia theater for Anime Expo 2011 in LA. US debut, too. \o/

Just when I though this thread was dead...

So was it any good?  Did the English voicebank work out or was it in Japanese?

It was basically the same as her 39's Giving Day concert (minus some songs, plus others; notably, they replaced the "Magnet" duet between Miku and Luka with a different Miku x Luka duet, and Luka didn't sing "Stardust Utopia"... in fact, all of the other Vocaloids got significantly less concert time - Len had "Butterfly On Your Right Shoulder" with Rin as backup, Rin had "Meltdown", and Luka had "Just Be Friends", a short medley, and the aforementioned duet with Miku; the rest was Miku), although the band intro was done in English and there was some English smattered throughout; the songs were in Japanese.

As to whether it was any good, I liked what I saw (NND webcast rip); and from what I heard, the concert itself had been sold out. vOv

Sounds interesting.  I know its heresy around these parts, but I was never one for live music.  Its too crowded and too loud.  Even un-amplified acoustic stuff.  I never listen to more than a song or two at that kind of volume.

Speaking of "Stardust Utopia" I dunno if anyone's posted it yet, but it's one of my favorite Luka songs.

By Otetsu.

ETA: Oh, right, forgot to mention - the Touhou lossless music collection got updated. It's now 972GB. \o/

This time, Miku sings Chinese.

"月·西江" from the album 夏末青春 by SolPie, featuring Hatsune Miku. It's a heckuva good album, too.

I have exactly 3 albums in Chinese.  Technically Mandarin, I suppose, but it's not like I know enough to tell the difference without someone else telling me...
