MuzicLife, I do not think the Sennheiser's are fake. They often over-price their items, but actually sell them for less. For V-Moda, I cannot tell. What I can tell you is that the company V-Moda has earned a special place in people's heart's and mind's: the company that has BIG durability issues. Therefore, I do not buy V-Moda products because of the immense amount of review that are put up against it about durability. I'm not sure what others think about V-Moda's durability, but I'd be interested to hear what other Head-Fiers have to say about V-Moda.
