Convert MP3s to lower bitrate + keep album art?

I have a need to re-encode some 320Kbps MP3s to something lower (like 192Kbps) WHILE keeping the album art...a lot of these are singles that I've purchased and have the album art embedded in the tags. I have an app I like that will convert the files, but it strips out the tag (and artwork) in the process. The suggestion doesn't have to be "free", I'd be more than happy to pay $20-30 for something that will do what I want.

I know all the audiophiles will shudder at the thought of down-converting, but to me, a 192K files sounds just as good as a 320K...especially when your talking about the space saving (with respect to portable devices) when you're dealing with as much music as I have.

Thanks.

Converting a lossy file into something even lossier? Shame on you.

I know that fre:ac keeps my picture tags when I convert flac to mp3. I imagine that it would do the same when converting mp3's to a lower bitrate.

Thanks Rip N' Burn, but that app (while very nice) didn't keep the album art in the tag :(.
