DAC To Pair With DT990 600ohm and WA3

Currently have the Fiio combo, looking to upgrade over the summer and I've so far decided I'll be going with a WA3, but I can't seem to figure out what DAC will work well for a reasonable price within my setup.

 

I'm looking for a DAC that falls in with my DT990's and a WA3 that has USB priced between $200-500 USD. I'm located in continental US for questions about shipping. 

 

So far I've looked at the Yulong D100, Little Dot DAC_1, NFB-12 and the Matrix Mini-i. If theres something here that would work, please let me know and if theres something I've yet to stumble upon feel free to suggest! If theres any info I forgot that would help, please ask. biggrin.gif

Also curious if having a DAC with a built in amp will effect the setup at all and if there are any DAC without an amp feature that I should look into.

There are many many DACs to look at, I see you mentionned the NFB12 but not the NFB2/3. I'm using one atm with my DT990/600 and it's great.

The WA3 + NFB combo will make you very happy. Maybe if you mention a DAC budget you will get more replies :)

I did in the OP, but it's $200-500 USD. biggrin.gif

Have you looked into the HRT Music Streamer II+? My II (without +) should be here tomorrow -- hopefully I'll be done playing with my system after that. :)
