how do you compare D3 VS ITouch ???

can someone give me an explanation, about comparison between D3 and Itouch.

This is not in term of SQ, since i know that D3 will do the job better.
But i prefer something inside the machine itself. How smooth is the touch screen in compare, how responsive, and about the stability of the application. experience using the browser with Wifi. Is the Android is easy to use, and modify, etc.

can this actually an Itouch with better SQ and music management ?

I'm on the fence about the two.  I have both.  The D3 is expecting a major firmware update soon, and after that I intend on doing a facedown between the two.  There are shortcomings I'm blaming on Android 2.1 that may go away with the update.  Until then the 4th gen Touch with its cameras is a better combination of hardware and software.

I'm not sure that is a fair assumption. Depends on whether or not you use EQ's and other sound enhancements, and perhaps also whether or not you want a line-out for use with an amp.

well apparently i'm using cowon right now. Last time, i find it even without any EQ and other enhancement,i think the cowon still do better (maybe subjective), but having all the other enhancement still plus, rather than none.

 

i never hear Itouch with LOD, Rockbox, and mix it with amp before. only the straight out of the box +shure se310. and the sound was not as reveal as i use cowon. plus, with little bit EQ i get the sound sig. i wanted.

 

anyway, i have more concern about how the player works (with android) in compare to Itouch. i already like the way cowon sound.
