I have been thinking about upgrading my home audio after I started using with the meridian 596 and F80 for during school. Im looking at the Meridian 565 or 561 as possible upgrades to my parasound DAC-1000 dac & parasound DLP-1100 pre-amp.
But im not entirely sure if this would be an upgrade or if they will function optimally as a DAC & pre-amp. Im currently have a system with martin logan Aerius+ Parasound DAC-1000, DLP-1100 & HCA-2200MK2. I cant seem to find any direct comparisons between the parasound dac-1000 & DLP-1100 units I have and either 565 or 561. Thanks
