After reading Consumer Reports, June 2011, Ratings on Door Locks.   The article indicated that Medeco Maxlum 11WC60L, $190, was the best rated for "kick-in as sold, kick-in reinforced, prying/wrenching, drilling picking, hammering, sawing... with fair for finish durability."

I called a local lock and key who recommended Mul-T-Lok as while both were good, the Mul-T-Lok was easer to use.

The article did not even rate Mul-T-Lok.

Has anyone else read this article?  How much stock do any of you put into Consumer Report's rating.

We current have Schlage.

When all is said and done, I want the most secure, however, ease of use would be great.

Thanks!
