High Quality USB Closed USB Headphones (or cheap adapter) suggestions

I do not know much about headphones, but my last pair kicked the dust today. Here is what I am looking for

- My fiancée and I both share a office so I need something that keeps the sound IN as well as OUT, and from my understanding closed head phones are the best to accomplish this.

- I would prefer something strictly USB, but if there is a great pair within my price range that just needs a relatively inexpensive adapter I am open to that as well.

-I play online games as well so something with a microphone attached would be preferable. My system is using onboard sound setup

-Price range max of 130$

Thanks!

I just wanted to add this was the pair that just broke The audioFX 5.1 by edimensional. The sound quality on these were quite poor, and they let sound OUT horribly so it was an annoyance for others around me.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826504004&cm_re=audiofx_5.1-_-26-504-004-_-Product

I have heard this might be a good replacement to get, the steel series siberia v2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826249036&cm_re=SteelSeries_Siberia_V2-_-26-249-036-_-Product
