I'm helping some friends set up a sound system at a lounge. They have 9 ceiling speakers and one self-powered sub. Currently all nine speakers are hooked up to a 2 channel 2,000 watt power amp, the source a computer (it has an external usb logtech card). I suggested that they get 2 more amps to alleviate the sound quality issue, but that then raises the question of how to get a source to 6 different channels from one output! What do you suggest?
