Budget headphone amp with low gain & extremely low noise for UE-11.

Hey guys,

 

I'm thinking about using my UE-11's at my desk and want a nice, cheap-ish (read: below $200) desktop amp with low gain and very low noise. I prefer no CMOY or that kind of jazz.

 

Are there any recommendations for high-sensitivity earphones?

 

Edit: I don't need a DAC.
