Asus Xonar Xense vs Essence for headphones amp

What's better? Logically this should be Essense, but ASUS guy said that Xense better optimized for headphones. Damn, I just wanted to order Essense and don't know what to choose now.

 Look at this thread:

 http://vip.asus.com/forum/view.aspx?id=20100819065255625&board_id=21&model=Xonar+Xense&page=1&SLanguage=en-us
2. Xonar Xense was designed more towards the headphone users...
Is he right?

Plus there's some lie from Asus on their web page.

 http://www.asus.com/Multimedia/Audio_Cards/Xonar_Essence_STX/#specifications

Its said that Output Signal-to-Noise Ratio (A-Weighted) equal 117dB for Headphone-out (600ohms) dB, while in pdf manual said its 110 db. WTF?

I know that head amps used in Xense and Essense are same. But why so disinformation about it? Or they really have improved headphones output for Xense?

They're not the same circuit, sir.

If you want the best Xonar use with headphones the Essence ST is it.

Which one's better then?  What is the difference in circuit design between them? More details, please.

What's the problems with STX in comparison with PCI version?

I think they're the same except the ST has a jitter clock.

So degradation in quality is noticeable without jitter clock on STX? What about Xense, does it have jitter clock or not?

Any tests of Xense hp output vs Essense? Or their hp outputs should be equal, cept dacs?

Output Signal-to-Noise Ratio (A-Weighted) for Essense equal 117dB for Headphone-out (600ohms) dB or 110 db? Xense has 110 db (600ohms).

I haven't heard to STX but I've read some people that have tried both cards that they thought the ST was better sounding.

I don't know anything about the Xense, but it's my understanding the Essence ST/STX is the better card.
