Need help recabling IEM.

A month ago I bought sunrise sw xcape. however, yesterday I was dealing with sound going on or off in the left side.
Now im very familar with this since it always happen to me.
I think the reason why is because the way i put them in my pocket.?
But I want to keep this IEM since it cost me 80$.
I wanted to know if I can recable them if so how?

The hardest part will be getting the IEM housings open without breaking them. After that, it should be pretty simple to de-solder and re-solder the cable, provided you know what you're doing.
