Considering Upgrading my Speakers PM 2.1 ->A5?

I am considering upgrading my Klipsch Promedia 2.1 system to the Audioengine A5s

 

Currently hooking up my macbook to the HRT Musicstreamer ii, and then to the Klipsch speakers

 

Are the A5s much up a bump in sound quality? Any help would be appreciated.

One word, Yes.

 

I notice a much vast improvement from my Logitech Z680 5.1 to my A5's. I use the Z680 for it's subwoofer only now added to the A5's.

 

I'm never going back to 5.1. 

Quality 2.1 setup all the way.
