I love that song so much. lol

I'll agree with you on 3 'types' though with a possible 4th to differentiate between screechy stuff and the slightly lower but 'power filthy' stuff.

Most of the new dubstep I hear coming out today is somewhere between regular wobbly and power filth, but moving closer to full-on power filth with "screechy" drops like the one in Flux Pavilion's "Bass Cannon".

hm, the bass in my krks has plenty of tonality through its entire extension. Listening to L.A.O.S. - Break My Heart right now.

One of my all time favourite Dubstep songs is NERO - Innocence... Nero is boss.

Cookie Monsta - Ginger Pubes (personal favorit, saw him live once, amazing performance; he's only 21/22 at the moment!)

Excision - Get to the Point (feat Liquid Stranger)

And I don't know if somebody named Bare Noize already (it's the 'hardcore' dubstep, was at a party once, and it was TOO heavy for me)

Right my favorites are Doctor P, Flux Pavilion and Nero. Just bought the new Circus One album from iTunes that they released and it has some of my favorites on it (Big Boss, Bass Canon, Blurgh, Sweet Shop). I also like Mimosa who I think is a lesser heard of artist.

Have you ever listened to archnemesis? I feel like he had a similar sound to Mimosa.

Sorry to bump an old thread but Ive got some great new tunes out of the suggestions in here!  I also wanted to mention MRK1, I was surprised not to see him in here, probably one of my favorites!

Already mentioned, but yes indeed, flux pavillion, doctor p, netsky and nero. Essential Remixes of those last two are amazing. Don't see anything wrong with Skrillex, like most of his work (Drop Dead is one of my favorites!)

Pretty Lights is amazing live. I saw him at Identity Festival in San Diego.

Skrillex is hardly even dubstep, most of his song are just like fidget electro with some dubstep wobbles.

I love dubstep! Here's some eye/ear candy:

Not sure if anyone mentioned Dirtyloud or Glebstar yet, but they're worth checking out:

I actually fell into dubstep accidentally.  I picked up the new Korn album sight unseen, and found out it had a very heavy dubstep influence.  I like it.
