Really? I experienced the exact opposite. The T1's are imo as bright as it can get before it becomes a negative.

Wouldn't it be great if the pads fit previous versions of the 770?

They will - it's clearly using the same shell parts. I'll eat my hat if I'm wrong!

Is there a firm release date for these yet?  As much as I love my DT770, I sure could use an upgrade.

exposed wires in such an expensive set is a no no

Where is the wire supposed to go?  I'd rather have the nice simple metal forks than a big hunky plastic thing to house the wire.  But the best solution would be dual entry.  I also don't like the idea that one side is slightly behind the other.

hmph. Didn't realize that was a direct consequence, but makes sense... So the forks are then plastic not metal like on T1/T5p?

They look like metal, I'm just saying that they have to be exposed if the forks are metal like that and they are single entry.

Oh they looks absolutely gorgeous.

Must..resist...

BTW i got confirmed from local dealer of Beyerdynamic that Beyerdynamic will fill the whole DT xx0 Line with Tesla

So no idea when, but we can expect T80 and T90! (Lol like Tank :D)

I myself, cant wait for T80.

They can be really awesome.

Also like new pads.
